Georgia — Former Southgang singer releases debut video "Good News" from his project Bloody Red Hearts.

Jesse Harte has been somewhat hybernating for the better part of two decades. But in the recent calendar year has showed up in force with some strong political posts on Facebook and doing some general press to push his new bands self titled debut "Bloody Red Hearts".

Now the band has launched itself onto youtube with their debut video a few weeks after playing a local show in support of Skid Row and Warrant. Ironically both of these groups feature new singers from their hey day. More ironic is that Harte himsef had a brief stint while auditioning for Warrant back when the late Jani Lane first left the group. Harte talked about this back in 2000 when Metal Sludge first featured him with our 20 Questions.

Metal Sludge writer Gerry Gittleson did an exclusive interview with Harte in September 2012 in which he talked about the former Southgang guitarist Butch Walker. When asked about his childhood friend and former band mate the singer said the following; "There’s been a bit of a rivalry between us since we were kids. He wrote a book, and all these issues from years and years ago, there’s some sort of grudge. He’s holding a grudge." Read that full interview HERE
