3 former BulletBoys to play first ever Hollywood show as Lies, Deceit & Treachery
HOLLYWOOD, California — Lies, Deceit & Treachery will play their first ever Hollywood show on September 1st 2017 at the “Whisky“.
The former BulletBoys members have performed select shows in recent years since forming but this will be their first appearance on the Sunset Strip.
Lies, Deceit & Treachery are Mick Sweda (guitars), Lonnie Vencent (bass) and Jimmy D’Anda (drums) who are joined by lead vocalist Shane Tassart.
The group recently posted on their official Facebook page about what’s happening in their camp: “Two smoking numbers being tracked as we speak! New material, new logo, new merch, shows being booked… Here we go Kids!”
The band also posted a snippet of what appears to be a studio session recording some of their new music. (see below)
The holiday weekend on Sunset Strip will be a busy one for sure and extra busy for D’Anda.
D’Anda who also plays drums for Lynch Mob, who are also playing the “Whisky” this weekend. The band headlines the iconic venue on Sunday night following the annual Rainbow show.
The Rainbow parking lot bash happens on Sunday September 3rd and doors are at 2:00pm. This year Don Dokken will headline the outdoor extravaganza with Bang Tango, Enuff Z’Nuff and Bow Wow Wow among others.
The weekend will also include a Rhino Bucket show at the “Whisky” on Saturday Sept. 2nd.
