Blackie Lawless, the heavy-metal singer and rhythm guitarist for W.A.S.P., has listed his Malibu home at $1,749,000.

The house is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom retreat of 1,100 square feet that sits on almost 3 acres. The upgraded main house has an outdoor barbecue area and a "wine cave," according to the Multiple Listing Service. There is also a stone guesthouse. A handcrafted rock wall winds through the property, which is next to hiking trails. Lawless is moving to a larger property he owns.

One of Lawless’ trademarks during the band’s stage performances is to mount a 1,000-pound metal sculpture, which doubles as a microphone stand. The 52-year-old musician is the only remaining original member of W.A.S.P., which formed in 1982. In the mid-1980s, the band drew the ire of the Parents Music Resource Center — a group led by Tipper Gore, wife of then-Sen. Al Gore, that pushed for warning labels on records. The band released its most recent album, "Dominator," in April 2007.
