CRUE Vs: CLUB
Vince Neil’s drinking not appreciated by Boy George on the new Celebrity Apprentice reality show
Sleaze Roxx — NBC‘s The New Celebrity Apprentice television show will be premiering on January 2, 2017 and chaired and hosted by action star and former California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger in place of the United States’ president elect Donald Trump.
Among the celebrities competing in The New Celebrity Apprentice are Mötley Crüe‘s frontman Vince Neil and Culture Club‘s flamboyant singer Boy George. Apparently, both had to work together during one episode and Boy George voiced his discontentment about Neil‘s drinking in the “boardroom” where contestants usually get fired.
The New Celebrity Apprentice‘s teaser video below has Neil stating (as transcribed by Sleaze Roxx): “I’m Vince Neil and I’m going to be the next Celebrity Apprentice. I am most known for singing in a band called Mötley Crüe. I look at Arnold and he’s just like a hero. I’m a huge fan of the show. It’s a fun show to try out your business savvy.”
At one point, Schwarzenegger asks Boy George in the “boardroom” how it was for him to work with Neil to which Boy George states: “I was complaining about him drinking in the studio. I just didn’t want to be around that.”
