Twitter — Tracii Guns has blasted Scotty Griffin.

Guns as most know, is the founder, lead guitarist and chief song-writer for the band L.A. Guns.

Griffin is currently playing lead guitar for the Steve Riley version of L.A. Guns with Kelly Nickels (bass) and Kurt Frohlich (lead vocals).

Guns has been outspoken over the years in protecting the brand name he is known for and today was no different.

Taking to his official Twitter account Guns writes: “Imposters everywhere . My identity is mine . What kind of self esteem does a person have to have to pretend they are someone they are not ? Oh yeah . None !!! @scotty_griffin“

Guns then shared a screen capture of Scotty Griffin‘s official Twitter account, with the profile’s information noting: “Lead guitarist for L.A. Guns”

Guns version of L.A. Guns features the classic voice Phil Lewis, Johnny Martin (bass), Ace Von Johnson (guitars) and Scot Coogan (drums).
