Metal Sludge — As was reported here on Metal Sludge late last week, Stephen Pearcy the voice of Ratt was forced to make a few changes in his solo band.

Pearcy brought in Johnny Monaco to play with his The Rat Bastards band at the M3 Rock Festival after Chris Hager suffered a very bad case of Covid.

Now the word is that Monaco is being added into the group as a regular.

This according to Chris Akin of The Classic Metal Show.

Akin released the tidbit as Breaking News on his Chris Akin Presents show over the weekend. (hear below)

Pearcy also brought in drummer Joaquin Revuelta to replace Scot Coogan who according to sources also fell ill with Covid.

The Rat Bastards are rounded out by longtime guitarist Erik Ferentinos and bassist Jerry Montano.

There is no official word from the Pearcy camp yet, but as we hear news, we’ll be sure to update you.

Look for Pearcy and The Rat Bastards on their Agent Provoco Tour throughout 2022.
