RIP … Brian Howe ex-Bad Company singer dead at 66

Metal SludgeBrian Howe has passed away at 66.

Multiple sources have informed Metal Sludge that Brian Howe has died.

There is no confirmation as of press time from an official source or cause of death, but the rumor is Howe was involved in some type of a scooter accident near his Florida area home last week.

Howe fronted Bad Company from 1986-1994 and previous to that sang for Ted Nugent starting in 1984.

TMZ has now reported on the singer’s untimely death.

Brian’s son, Michael, tells TMZ, “I feel we are all put in this world for a reason. The passion for music was my father’s, and I am so happy that his legacy will live on.”

We’re told when paramedics first got to Howe, they had a brief conversation with him, but he slipped away soon after.

Howe passed away Wednesday at his home in Florida.

One of his relatives told TMZHowe died from cardiac arrest … possibly on his way to the hospital. He had heart issues … the singer had a heart attack in 2017.

Ted Nugent has now commented writing on social media: “My goodfriend and killer soul singer Brian Howe passed away yesterday at 66. Goodman amazing talent in the wind hes still alive!
