SHAMELESS release “The Filthy 7” feat: Phil Lewis, Steve Summers, Frankie Muriel and Stevie Rachelle, tour dates announced

MUNICH, Germany — SHAMELESS will release “The Filthy 7” on April 4th thru RSR Music. The label will issue a CD and a vinyl version.

This will be the 7th studio effort by the German based band and 9th overall release.

Shameless at the core, are founder and bassist Alexx Michael along with partner BC Sleaze (guitars).

The group have had an on-going host of guest singers throughout their career which has included a who’s who of 80’s frontmen.

“The Filthy 7” continues with that pattern featuring appearances by Phil Lewis (L.A. Guns), Stevie Rachelle (Tuff) and Steve ‘Sex’ Summers.

The aforementioned have all appeared on previous SHAMELESS records but there is 1 new comer in Frankie Muriel.

Muriel is best known for his work with the St. Louis based Kingofthehill and Dr. Zhivegas. He makes his debut singing 2 tracks, including the lone cover of Billy Ocean’s “Get Out Of My Dreams”.

Guitar duties on “The Filthy 7” were handled by co-founder BC Sleaze and Tracii Guns (L.A. Guns).

Guns has appeared on previous releases including the band’s 1999 debut “Backstreet Anthems” and the follow up “Queen For A Day” (2000).

Drum duties were handled by another German based musician in Tommy Wagner.

Eric Singer (Kiss) also plays drums on select tracks that will appear on the vinyl version only.

The band to date has performed in Italy, Spain, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, Austria, France, England, Scotland, Switzerland and dozens of shows around their home base of Germany.

In 2017  the band will do more of the same with dates planned in several countries. (see below)
