Stryper singer Michael Sweet is cheering for the other Ratt

Facebook — Michael Sweet has officially weighed in on the Ratt saga.

The voice of Stryper had a few choice words to say on his official facebook but did start his post off with the following; “I wish these guys all the best and hope they can resolve their issues”. 

Sweet seems to be supportive of the band as a whole but doesn’t mince words when he adds; “I think it’s sad and unfortunate when a member of a band (who isn’t really even an original mind you) decides to drag the name and reputation of the band through the mud because he feels he has the right to do so.”

In closing Sweet says; “I’m looking forward to seeing/hearing what RATT (NOT BB’s version) does – One of my favorite bands from the 80’s and here’s to more”, and even adding a smiley face to end his post.
