ALL SINNERS are Boston Metal

“I’m so grateful for all the opportunities and as far as a dream bill it may happen this summer….but I can’t reveal it yet!!!”
Michael Golarz

BOSTON, Massachusetts — The term Metal is kind of an ’80s word when it comes to a band referencing their sound.

But… sometimes what’s old is new again, such is the case with the East Coast group ALL SINNERS.

ALL SINNERS proudly defines their sound as ‘Boston Metal‘ and they do so with no apologies.

The band ALL SINNERS are relatively new after forming in 2023, but the lineup individually are not new to music and have a history that encompasses decades playing, writing, recording and performing live as musicians.

The band have also recently dropped a cover of “To Hell With The Devil” (Stryper) which is a pretty tall task to tackle – especially in the vocal department – but, it seems that lead singer Michael Golarz was up for the challenge. (video shared below)

With that, we’re going to give the floor to ALL SINNERS and let them share some more about their band, their history, what the future holds and their new release “We Own The Night” on Rat Pak Records.

Ready, Set, Sin!

1. Tell our readers about what ALL SINNERS are up to with music, projects, and plans for 2026!

Michael Golarz: Well we just released our first full length album “We Own the Night” in November.  So we’ve been promoting and playing shows getting the word out there.  Other than that we will be doing another video for the album as well as touring in the spring/summer.  So watch out for that!!

2.You’re an East Coast band that just launched in 2023, Boston based and a neighbor to the Tri-State area. What separates ALL SINNERS from the local/regional pack?

Michael Golarz: There are a bunch of hard working bands in our area, we’re all trying to get ahead.  But for us I think it’s persistence.  Getting out to area shows and promoting.  Talking to people.  Giving out demos and flyers.  The old school way that it was done.  Making a human connection with people rather than just relying on social media.

3. Before ALL SINNERS… What history happened previously to this project and where did the guys get their start, other bands, etc…?

Michael Golarz: All of us grew up in the same area music scene.  So we’ve been commingling for years.  So our story isn’t that different from most.  We all played in local bands with some local success and played shows getting together.  So us getting together was just the next phase for all of us when we were all looking for the next thing.  Roger and Bruce had the idea, I answered a Facebook post, and Bruce thought to try to get Nick to play guitar.   It all worked out!

4. T
he band recently made the trek to the West Coast to attend the Metal Hall of Fame Awards and the annual NAMM Show all within a few days! First off, how productive was the trip, did you enjoy the warm weather (based on what you had just left, lol) and how many steps did you get in each day?

Michael Golarz: I’d say it was very productive.  We started going out to L.A. to play The Whisky two years ago and we’ve been out a few times now.  So people are starting to recognize us.  Again it’s part of what we’re trying to do.  Being present, networking, and pushing what we believe in…OUR BAND.  And yes, the weather was great compared to what we came from, but we came back to 24” of snow!!

5. Give us your Top 5 favorite bands, and a short few lines about what you like about them and how they have influenced ALL SINNERS?

Michael Golarz: There’s way more than 5 but here we go.  I also asked the guys in the band to answer this question so it wasn’t just my answer so I’ll make this a joint answer.  I was always influenced by great singers for sure, like Paul Rodgers and guys like Coverdale.

Nick would say Ozzy/ Megadeth heavily influenced me at a young age. Drawn in by aggressive and melodic guitar work and, Ozzy rules”.

Roger said “Cinderella/Squier/Deep Purple when I was growing up, hearing those pocket drummers.  I grew up on that style of Drumming.”

Bruce said “Sabbath, Cream…players not afraid to create and improvise while staying true to the song…heavy sound finger players

6. Name the Top 3 rock clubs in your area, or neighboring areas, and why they’re a great place to play or see a show at?

Michael Golarz: There are a bunch of great places to play but for us I’d say:

Tupelo Music Hall in Derry, NH.  We’ve just built a great relationship with the ownership and staff and it’s always a great show there.

The Met in Pawtucket, RI is another that has been around forever.  So it’s is a classic and cool vibes.

Play Arcade in New Bedford, MA. Adam, the owner, is great and it’s an old school video arcade so it’s just a super cool setting for a rock show.

ALL SINNERS have a few East Coast dates in February 2026 with Lynch Mob & Trixter

7. Who have ALL SINNERS shared the stage with, and who would ALL SINNERS love to play or tour with… in other words, what is your dream bill/tour lineup?

Michael Golarz: We have been very lucky in this way.  We’ve played with L.A. Guns a bunch.  Also Ace Frehley, Lita Ford, Mike Tramp, Kix, Warrior Soul and a ton more.  I’m so grateful for all the opportunities and as far as a dream bill it may happen this summer….but I can’t reveal it yet!!!  I’m sworn to secrecy.

8. What are some things that you wish you would have done differently over the years in music?

Michael Golarz: I wouldn’t change much.  I don’t have musical journey regrets because everything was a learning experience and made me/us into who we are now.  We know a lot more to make this phase a little more successful, hopefully.  I just wish we would have, could have, gotten here sooner.

9. The band are signed to Rat Pak Records, how did your relationship come together?

Michael Golarz: Well Roger has had a relationship with the label for a while.  And when we had an album to put out, Roger went right to Rat Pak.  We convinced them to take a chance on us and they did.  I think they’re happy with us so far!  Haha!!

10. Any last words? Plug your stuff? What’s to come in 2026 for ALL SINNERS?

Michael Golarz: I just want to say thank you to everyone who has given us a listen, come to a show, become a fan.  If you’re reading this and haven’t heard of us…give us a chance, you may like it!  Check us out at allsinnerscult.com or ratpakrecords.com.  And hopefully we will see you all on the road this summer!!

Metal Sludge says Thank You to Michael and All Sinners!
