LOS ANGELES, California — In a new social media post Frank Ferrer has issued an official statement regarding his recent departure from Guns N’ Roses.

Ferrer wrote to his readers: “I will have immense gratitude and love always for Axl and the band while at the same time, disappointment that this chapter came to an end.”

It has been an incredible 19 years. Guns N’ Roses has given me life-changing memories and experiences.”

“A huge thanks to management, the crew, and fans for giving me memories that I will cherish for my lifetime. I hope I see you all again soon!”

Metal Sludge reported on Guns N’ Roses statement that they had parted-ways with Ferrer on March 19th, along with their follow-up statement yesterday (March 20th) when they announced Issac Carpenter as his successor.

Metal Sludge wish Frank nothing but the best going forward and welcome Isaac to the next level.
