LAYING DOWN
Stephen Pearcy struggles through Ratt live set, Juan Croucier says “he’s in a lot of pain”

HUNTINGTON, New York — We’re not going to sugar coat this at all, so we won’t.

To say Stephen Pearcy struggled through the Ratt live show in New York is an understatement.

Pearcy appears to be in a state of confusion, under the influence, or in a lot of pain.

Perhaps a combination of all three?

Ratt appeared at “The Paramount” in Huntington New York September 26th 2018.

And at some point Pearcy is sitting down, and nearly laying down on the drum riser.

By late in the set, the singer also appears to be slouching or leaning onto the bass drum during “Round N’ Round”.

At times he is also holding onto the tom-tom stand and bass drum to keep from falling over.

According to bassist Juan Croucier, as he told the audience his singer is “a lot of pain” and they refused to cancel the show.

Croucier tells the crowd the following – which was Tweeted by someone and includes video: “Let me just say something, alright. In case you guys didn’t notice, Mr. Stephen Pearcy is in a lot of pain. But tonight we said, there’s no way, there’s no way we’re canceling this show.”

The bassist continues with, “Because we love you guys. We love each and everyone of you, and thank you so much for coming down. We promise we’ll be back, without the injury, okay. Thank you so much for your understanding. We’re gonna keep going and do our best.”

There are multiple videos hitting Twitter, Instagram and Youtube. (see below)

We can only hope that Stephen Pearcy gets the help he needs and feels better.

Be that for an injury to his leg, or other … get well soon SEP.
