Metal Sludge — Incoming to the Metal Sludge inbox has suggested there was a medical situation that took place earlier today with former Enuff Z’Nuff singer Donnie Vie.
It is reported that Vie was short of breath after his band had arrived for a load-in and sound check at “Vamp’d” in Las Vegas.
The word is, it seemed serious enough that the paramedics or some type of medical service was called.
There is a photo currently on social media that shows Vie sitting (presumably back-stage in a dressing room) with 3 people in scrubs surrounding him.
In the photo it also appears that Vie is receiving oxygen, is hooked up to an IV as the paramedics seem to be working on him.
Vie is slated to play a weekend string of shows, of which the first show was tonight at “Vamp’d“, the “Whisky-A-Go-Go” in Hollywood tomorrow and “The 44” in Glendale Arizona on Saturday.
Guitarist Alex Kane (Life, Sex & Death) is touring with the singer and shared the following comments with an image of Vie on his official Instagram.

Metal Sludge wish Donnie a full and speedy recovery and a successful weekend tour run.
