Jizzy Pearl of Love/Hate

Metal Sludge — Why do you think they call it Vinyl?

Answer… who knows… but the craze continues and there is new Vinyl for your collection starting now.

Sunset Strip veteran Jizzy Pearl has not gone the way of the dinosaur just yet, and he’s back with more new music from Mr. Pearl and his version of the band (Love/Hate) that put him on the map.

Pearl, who turns 67 in March, is about to release his latest, “Punk Rock Fiesta” via Kenyon Records on both CD and Vinyl… and the California native is showing no signs of slowing down, or aging the way some of his 80’s contemporaries have in recent years.

The band is not entirely a solo release, but rather titled as Jizzy Pearl’s Love/Hate and combined with his previous records – some under the name Jizzy Pearl – this will be the singer’s 7th solo effort.

Of course there are some awesome Love/Hate records out there as well, but for now, this one is the latest that seemingly combines, a bit of the Pearl solo brand, wrapped with some of the Love/Hate branding that first made an impact in the heart of Hollywood back in the day.
