Metal Sludge — Cherie Currie of The Runaways is set to embark on her final tour of the United Kingdom later this month.
The singer will play a dozen shows throughout the U.K. which will include shows in England, Scotland and Ireland.
Currie, 64, will actually celebrate her 65th birthday while on tour with a show in Belfast Ireland on November 30th.
Currie who resides in the Los Angeles area will tour with German rock band Shameless as her back-up band that features Alexx Michael (Bass), Danny Raygun (Guitars) and Markus Herzog (Drums).
Earlier this year, Currie did a European run with Shameless which included shows in Belgium, Holland, the Czech Republic and several shows throughout Germany which was highlighted by her appearance at the annual Wacken Open-Air Festival.
There are rumors and hints that Currie will do a final run of dates in Scandinavia (Sweden, Norway, Denmark & Finland) next Spring 2025 and a possible run Down Under (Australia & New Zealand) in the Fall of 2025.
