Metal Sludge — Can you say jackass?
There is no candy coating any of this… and once again Sebastian Bach shows why he is one of the biggest morons in all of Rock n’ Roll.
On Tuesday night September 27th the Taylor Hawkins Tribute concert took place in Los Angeles at the sold-out Forum Arena.
Hawkins died earlier in the year while on tour with the Foo Fighters in South America.
The band’s founder and leader, Dave Grohl and his team put together an amazing tribute event that took place last month in the United Kingdom, at Wembley Stadium, and now the U.S. event was held in Los Angeles at The Forum to honor the late musician.
The concert was over 5 hours long and featured dozens of songs, by many dozens of known recording artists, but no one made it about themselves… as the night was all about Taylor Hawkins.
Well, almost no one… until later in the evening after Sebastian Bach sang a few tracks, he couldn’t contain his 5th grader stupidity and showed once again, why he’s a moron of the highest caliber.
After Bach head-banged through a pair of Black Sabbath songs with Geezer Butler on bass, Lars Ulrich on drums, and the Foo Fighters band, he and the band started to make their way off stage for the next group of All-Stars to hit the deck.
Bach asked the crowd in his loud boisterous voice: “Let’s hear it for Taylor Hawkins” and the crowd roared.
Bach then added: “Let’s hear if for Dave F#@king Grohl” and the crowd roared some more.
Kudos to you Sebastian, that is exactly what all of us wanted… to hear the crowd roar for Taylor and of course Dave, who is the blood and guts of that project.
But as Bach walks off stage, he could not contain himself and turned around to face the crowd and lunge forward with one last request from the near 20,000 fans in attendance.
“But most of all… let’s hear it for ME!” as Bach throws his hands in the air like an elementary child in their parents living room waiting for a pet on the head and a good boy compliment.
As if to say… “Look at me” and “How did I do Mom?“
Really?
Sebastian Bach is F#@king moron and we have been saying it here at Metal Sludge for almost 25 years… nothing has changed, other than his age has went up and his ability to sing has went down.
Pure and simple Sebastian Bach, is a jackass!
