Metal Sludge — In a recent interview with Rolling Stone magazine Ozzy Osbourne came out and said that the late Randy Rhoads didn’t have anything nice to say about the late Eddie Van Halen.

“To be honest, Randy didn’t have a nice thing to say about Eddie. Maybe they had a falling out or whatever, but they were rivals.” said Osbourne.
Now Kathy Rhoads D’Argenzio the sister of Randy has reacted to our Metal Sludge story and shared post on Instagram giving her opinion.
Kathy Rhoads D’Argenzios chimed in writing: “I would like to tell you what my brother Randy ACTUALLY DID say about Eddie…. He would say “Eddie is definitely a great player. But it’s NOT fair to compare us. We have TOTALLY different STYLES. It’s like comparing Apple’s to Oranges.“ And NO Randy did Not copy Eddie. Randy was more Classically influenced Than Eddie.”
