“Since MTV stopped airing Headbangers Ball, there’s been a real void in rock when it comes to finding new music. So when I was approached by the Roku TV channel New Bands New Music… I was all in!”
— Paul Lidel of Dirty Looks / Dangerous Toys
AUSTIN, Texas — Paul Lidel is a rock n’ roll guitarist best known for his time in Dirty Looks and Dangerous Toys… but now, he’s turning the page and adding something new to his rock n’ roll arsenal.
Lidel is launching a new hard rock television show called ‘SUNDAY NIGHT ROCK with Paul Lidel’ and it will be airing on Roku TV.
Lidel has plenty in the rear-view mirror in the way of playing rock n’ roll, writing, recording and touring, but this appears to be a new venture for the life-long musician.
There are already guests lined up and the debut will kick-off with none other than his long-time Dangerous Toys band-mate and Austin Texas local Jason McMaster.
McMaster is without a doubt a Heavy Metal and Hard Rock legend in circles from his local stomping grounds, to both National and International touring circuits.
McMaster and Lidel will surely have stories for days, and we’re betting this show will be exactly what rock n’ roll fans are looking for.
Below we have shared the official press release and related details.
