FIRE DRAGON CARTEL
Jake E Lee and bandmates watch limo burn to a crisp
San Jose — Just in time to grab some headlines in a week of rock n’ roll fires Red Dragon Cartel is the latest victim.
The Ohio based group The Loveless lost their entire trailer full of gear in an unfortunate roadside incident they experienced last week traveling between gigs. Metal Sludge reported on that HERE.
Then yesterday morning we all woke up to the news that the Full Throttle Saloon burned down. Everyone knows the affiliation of FTS and Jesse James Dupree from the band Jackyl.
Now we got a hat trick of fires for the week with Red Dragon Cartel’s limo burning to a crisp today.
Jake E Lee and bandmates clearly escaped death when the 35 foot limo they were riding in caught fire as they rode down a freeway. Luckily the driver pulled over in time and everyone got out okay but it appears the limo didn’t make out so well.
The old/new singer Darren James Smith posted on his facebook about the event with photos and a short video just as the pigs, err…we mean the cops pulled up.
Red Dragon Cartel just played Hollywood on Sunday and are slated to play in San Jose on Thursday night before jet setting off to Japan next for a string of shows.
