Jon Bon Jovi

Metal Sludge — In a list of 80’s rock singers who have struggled in recent years, it seems that Jon Bon Jovi has officially joined the group.

Recent videos from select Bon Jovi live tour dates have been circulated on social media with fans and critics asking: “What the hell happened to Jon’s voice?”

As many know, Motley Crue singer Vince Neil has been skipping lyrics and putting in questionable live performances for years now, but it was his first show back in 2021 that had fans outraged.

Neil quit mid song during the band’s final number”Girls, Girls, Girls” during a 2021 Boone, Iowa concert claiming he lost his voice.

Another 80’s star who has struggle is Dokken frontman Don Dokken.

One fan in an online chat room named him Done Dokken.

Dokken has had some other health issues not related to his voice, but continues to perform live, however has struggled to hit the notes that helped make him famous 3 decades ago.

Now it seems that Bon Jovi, who just turned 60 is struggling to hit most of the notes that also made him a super-star beyond imagination.

Fortunately for him, Jon still has a full head of hair, but his voice is on life-support.

If Jon’s voice was his hair, he’d have to change his name to Kojak.

Don’t take our word for it, watch and listen to the videos below.

Recent songs are shared below from select Bon Jovi shows where hits like “Wanted Dead Or Alive”, “You Give Love A Bad Name”, “Livin’ On A Prayer” and “It’s My Life” are nearly unrecognizable from a vocal perspective.

Sadly Father Time is undefeated, and the 20-something heart-throb stars of the 80’s have not only begun to lose their hair, and figure, but also their golden voices.
