Bobby Blotzer posts audio of his new Ratt singer Seann Nicols covering “Shame Shame Shame”
Facebook — Bobby Blotzer has made a brand new posting on his group’s official (Ratt) Facebook.
Today Blotzer writes; “Hey Ratt’lers – here is another little sound bite of RATT Singer Seann Nicols singing #ShameShameShame.”
This is the second clip of his brand new singer Seann Nicols (inset) covering a Ratt classic.
Nicols was released by Quiet Riot last week and Metal Sludge was first to report that Blotzer was picking him up for his version of Ratt.
Our report was then confirmed by Blotzer in a public posting.
Blotzer’s first post introducing Nicols included a link to the former Quiet Riot frontman singing “Lovin’ You Is A Dirty Job.” (see below)
Today’s post from Blotzer continued with; “After March 18th, you’ll be able to see the whole show. Be sure to come see #RATT in Fort Yates, North Dakota in 9 days along with our Friends FireHouse.”
The audio from the latest post today includes Nicols covering the Ratt classic “Shame Shame Shame.”
Blotzer who has been embroiled in an on-going legal battle with his former bandmates (Stephen Pearcy, Warren DeMartini, Juan Croucier) has been drawing criticism from some fans. But the lone classic era member of his version of the group – does have his supporters the same.
Today’s latest post has over 100 comments in a few hours time and unfortunately for Blotzer, the majority seem to be taking shots at his latest news. (see screen captures below)
In the meantime, Blotzer and his version of Ratt are moving forward with their live appearance at “Prairie Knights Casino” on March 18th in Fort Yates, North Dakota.
As of press time there is no word as to who will play bass, or be in the guitar positions for the show.
Stay tuned…
