Metal Sludge — Sadly another band has fallen victim to the Covid-19 virus.

Mammoth WVH featuring Wolfgang Van Halen have announced they will not appear at their next few scheduled shows due to a positive Covid-19 test within their touring camp.

Mammoth WVH will not be performing tonight in Missoula, MT or Monday night in Commerce City, CO out of an abundance of caution due to a member of our touring personnel testing positive for COVID-19. All band members and other crew have tested negative at this time. We apologize to those fans we won’t be seeing over the next couple of shows. Thanks to everyone for their support and we can’t wait to be back when it is 100% safe for everyone to do so.”

The band will miss appearances in both Missoula Montana and Commerce City Colorado according to their post.

The band have played just 5 shows of their near 40 date U.S. tour with Guns N’ Roses which will also see them headline select club dates on off nights.

The Los Angeles based group made their official announcement on social media overnight. (see full statement below)

Look for Mammoth WVH on tour in the near future providing everyone stays healthy.
