Metal SludgePuddle of Mudd singer Wes Scantlin had a bad night in Wisconsin over the weekend.

It appears that Scantlin was not well during his performance at the EPIC Event Center in Green Bay on Saturday November 20th 2021.

During the band’s live show the singer spent much of the time holding his hands over his face, above his head, and complaining about the lights.

Scantlin also who usually plays rhythm guitar, appears to have had the guitar hanging over his shoulder, but didn’t use it as much as he normally would for his performance.

At some point in between songs, Scantlin seems to call out the crew running the show, addressing his issue with the lights: “Sounds like a f#@king motherf#@king idiot to me. F#@k you, motherf@#ker. Out of nowhere… here’s another f@#king douche-bag f@#k. I’ve got a flashlight too, motherf@#ker!”

Based off of social media comments, it seems Scantlin walked off in the middle of their 4th song which cut their set short.

A fan named David was in attendance and shared videos of Scantlin and Puddle of Mudd below and described the show as follows: “Epic failure of messed up Wes from Puddle of Mudd making an ass of himself. It was entertaining though.”

Scantlin has had a career and personal life plagued with bad behavior between 2002-2017 which resulted in numerous arrests but he seemed to have been staying sober and doing quite well in recent years.
