Faster Pussycat’s Taime Downe hospitalized with severe pneumonia, band ‘unsure’ of M3 appearance
UPDATE: Taime Downe has severe case of pneumonia
Friday April 28th 2017 — A brand new tweet by Faster Pussycat guitarist Ace Von Johnson has confirmed singer Taime Downe is still being held in a hospital.
The latest from the band says their singer has “a severe case of pneumonia”.
The post also notes that the group is “unsure” about their appeaance at the annual M3 Rock Festival.
Faster Pussycat is scheduled to appear on the main stage at 5:35pm (EST) today Friday April 28th.
Legendary Rock Interviews is reporting there are rumors that Faster Pussycat will play their set with guest lead singers.
Tonight’s bill features local heroes and headliners Kix, along with direct support from Canadian rockers Loverboy. Other bands included are Winger, Dangerous Toys and a VIP only show with Lita Ford.

From The Road — According to recent tweets by the band, Taime Downe of Faster Pussycat has been hospitalized.
The band was slated to perform in Cattivo Pennsylvania tonight but has cancelled that show.
Faster Pussycat are currently on tour and making their way towards the annual M3 Rock Festival. The band are scheduled to play on Friday April 28th.
Rumors online are citing Downe has severe bronchitis. We can’t confirm or deny this but Metal Sludge wishes Downe a speedy recovery.
