LOS ANGELES, California — So you wanna be in a band huh?

Or perhaps you’re already in a band, but you want to hit the road and go on a U.S. tour!

Well, be careful what you wish for, because it’s not always as fun as it might seem.

Today is Day #1 of the Spring U.S. Tour for Hollywood’s very own Faster Pussycat, and they loaded up their bus and headed for Sin City earlier today on Friday May 30th 2025.

But… the Tour Bus had other ideas… and broke down less than an hour out of town in San Bernardino!

Yup, you read that right… 40 minutes on the road and the band’s home away from home (Tour Bus) took a sh!t and broke down.

Metal Sludge reached out to the band and Taime Downe forwarded us these Exclusive Photos from the side of the road in San Bernardino County California.

Chad Stewart (drummer) also replied and tells Metal Sludge: “We’re rolling now”, and “It’s always something with us” with a laughing emoji.

The breakdown caused a bit of a delay for the band’s leader, and founder Taime Downe‘s appearance on Eddie Trunk‘s radio show (Trunk Nation) earlier… but… the latest word is, they’re up and running.

Wishing these guys good luck, and let’s all keep our fingers crossed.

According to Rock N’ Roll Experience here is what was shared with Trunk once Downe called in today.

Taime Downe from Faster Pussycat was supposed to join Eddie Trunk live & in person from the Sirius XM Radio Studio in Las Vegas today (5/30/25) but unfortunately the Faster Pussycat tour bus broke down about 40 minutes after leaving L.A. on route to Vegas.

Taime joined Trunk via the phone.

Taime said that it had been a 13 hour ordeal but their bus was fixed & they are on their way to Count’s Vamp’d for tonight’s show.

Taime stated that going back out on tour is his way of coping with the last few months & that he is excited to spend the next few weeks with family & friends on the road.

Tonight Faster Pussycat will headline ‘Count Vamp’d‘ in Las Vegas with support from San Francisco’s mighty VAIN!

Metal Sludge would like to give a huge shout-out to Taime, Chad, Danny, Sam & Keiran and their month-long journey that awaits!

We’d also like to send them good luck and safe travels, go see Faster Pussycat tonight in Sin City, and at their shows when they hit your area.
