Sleazroxx – The M3 Rock Festival has been postponed for a record third time.
At first, the 2020 edition and 12th edition overall was supposed to take place from May 1 to 3, 2020 at the Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Maryland, USA. The line-up included headliners Ratt, Tesla and KIX along with newcomers Accept, Doro and Little Caesar.
The M3 Rock Festival was rescheduled to September 4 to 6, 2020 due to the Covid pandemic. Ratt were no longer in the line-up and the headliners were now Queensrÿche, Tesla and KIX.
M3 Rock Festival‘s 2020 edition became the 2021 edition when it was postponed a second time to April 30th to May 2nd, 2021 but with no details on the actual line-up.
The festival has now been postponed for a record third time for sometime later in 2021.
The following message was posted on M3 Rock Festival’s Facebook page earlier today:
“Rockers,
Unfortunately, the M3 Rock Festival, which was originally scheduled for May 2020, and rescheduled for April 30 – May 2, 2021, is being postponed again.
While we do not yet have new dates confirmed, we are hopeful and optimistic that it will be safe to gather in the near future, as it us our goal to have the Festival this year. We are currently working on the specific weekend and will announce the dates once we have made that determination. Rest assured, WE WANT TO ROCK M3 IN 2021!
We can’t wait to party with you! We’ll be in touch as soon as we have more info. Stay safe and see you at Merriweather soon!”
