WHERE’S JACK?
Jack Russell’s Great White performs California show without Jack Russell
PASADENA, California — Who’s on first, what’s his name’s on second and I don’t know is on third.
In a day when fans are always wondering which version of which band they’re paying to see, sometimes it’s neither.
It’s 2020, and we’ve all read the soical media posts where fans are arguing over which Great White, which L.A. Guns or which Ratt members will show.
In a crazy twist, Friday night Jack Russell’s Great White was booked to play “The Rose” in Pasadena California.
But oddly, Jack Russell was a no-show.
No, there was no miscommunication, or the wrong poster, or the wrong name either.
It appears, that Russell was sick yet the band that features his name played on without him.
It was booked, and advertised as Jack Russell’s Great White but Russell wasn’t in the house.
According to social media, one post reads: “Jack is under the weather and the band did a set of covers and a few GW tunes.”
Black N’ Blue frontman Jaime St. James tweeted that he helped fill in on a few songs for the ill Russell.
Metal Sludge wishes Jack Russell a speedy recovery.
