Jizzy Pearl reflects on audition for THE DOORS movie and DECLINE OF WESTERN CIVILIZATION PART II: The Metal Years

HOLLYWOOD, California — Jizzy Pearl has taken to social media in recent weeks to tell fans some of his personal war stories from the past.

The latest from the Love/Hate frontman is the singer reflecting on the cult classic DECLINE OF WESTERN CIVILIZATION PART II: The Metal Years.

Pearl talks about attending the premiere with bandmates at the world famous Cinerama Dome on Sunset Strip.

Pearl also talks about his audition for the part of Jim Morrison in the Oliver Stone directed THE DOORS movie.

The movie went ahead and they cast Val Kilmer as Morrison, who Pearl notes he went to High School with.
