Billy Gibbons of ZZ Top sits down with Get On The Bus

“He was such a showman… I (we) have fond recollections… I (we) still hold that in check.”

LOS ANGELES, California — The Get On The Bus podcast have just dropped an awesome episode with music icon and Texas legend Billy Gibbons.

Gibbons is a founding member of ZZ Top which have enjoyed international success for decades since first forming in 1969…. but the group had a massive break through in 1983 with the release of their 8th studio album Eliminator.

Over the last 4+ decades since those early MTV years, the band have become a household name with countless hit songs and multiple eye popping videos to go along with their globally recognized image.

ZZ Top are unmistakably unique… a Southern Rock Blues based trio that had the music first… and then they covered it with an image that has turned heads with matching outfits, biker length beards, sun glasses and spinning guitars / basses.

Now the 76 year old legend has taken some time to sit down with our friends over at Get On The Bus… we suggest you pull up a chair and listen below.

Also, Get On The Bus already have their next interview in the can… stay tuned for Zakk Wylde.
