July 16th 2026 — In a brand new social media post John Corabi has released an official statement about the recent news that he had departed The Dead Daisies.
Corabi also acknowledges recent rumors circulating that he might be returing to Mötley Crüe, or perhaps transitioning to front Quiet Riot now that Jizzy Pearl is leaving.
Corabi‘s full statement reads as follows: “So just setting the record straight….Im not joining Quiet Riot. I’m not returning to the Crue…It was NOT a mutual decision to leave the band I was recently in…but I can also state that it’s a NEW opportunity, a NEW chapter, and excuse the pun….It’s a NEW DAY!!!!!!”
Corabi as most know fronted The Dead Daisies between 2015-2019, and he returned for his second stint in 2023 until this week.
The Philadelphia native was also the lead singer of Mötley Crüe from 1992 to 1996.
Lastly, with the recent Quiet Riot news, Corabi also notes he is not joining Quiet Riot.
