DRUMMER WANTED
Phil Varone quits BulletBoys after 2 nights on Hair Nation Tour

Update: BulletBoys frontman Marq Torien has officially confirmed our story.

“It didn’t work out (with Phil Varone) and we wish him the best.” — Marq Torien

The singer also says they welcome back Anthony “Tiny” Biuso.

HOLLYWOOD, California — As fast as the tour has started, it appears the Hair Nation Tour already has its first casualty.

BulletBoys and Phil Varone are officially no longer in a relationship.

An  industry source close to the band revealed to Metal Sludge today: “Varone out of BulletBoys and they just started the tour.”

BulletBoys are fronted by original vocalist Marq Torien along with longtime guitarist Nick Rozz.

Varone a member of Red Dragon Cartel has joined the BulletBoys camp in recent months, but as of today … it seems this is no longer the case.

A  photo from the band’s official Facebook page show Varone and Torien on opposite ends of their dressing room from last night.

The word is that Varone has quit the band and the group are actively seeking a replacement immediately.

BulletBoys are sandwiched between openers Enuff Z’Nuff and headliners Jack Russell’s Great White on the U.S. run.

Metal Sludge has reached out to Varone, and BulletBoys but as of this posting there is no response.

Stay tuned for more as this story develops.
