Metal Sludge — Peruvian rock promoters have put together a rock show for the Lima locals that will surely have the 80’s rock fans excited and then-some.

On December 7th 2023 “Sargento Pimienta de Barranco” in Lima Peru is hosting a rock show that will feature Ted Poley the voice of Danger Danger, Miljenko Matjevic’ from Steelheart and Stevie Rachelle of Tuff.

These same promoters and club have hosted previous events featuring all kinds of 80’s stars including; Cj Snare (FireHouse), Faster Pussycat, Steven Adler (ex-Guns N’ Roses), Eric Martin (Mr. Big), Gilby Clarke (formerly of Guns N’ Roses) and Trixter among others.

We reached out to Ted Poley and asked him for a few quick words to send out to the rock fans of Peru.

Poley wrote: “I am super excited to be heading back to Peru, one of my absolute favorite places! The fans love and appreciate the music so much, and personally, I find that it is one of the most beautiful mysterious countries, with an amazing history, culture, and some of the best food on the planet!”

We also asked our in-house CEO his thoughts about playing Peru.

“I am beyond stoked to come play Peru. It will be my first time playing there and I feel very fortunate that all these years later I am still afforded such amazing opportunities to travel and see the world… and almost all of it is because of the music I helped create more than 3 decades ago. That to me is simply amazing.” added Stevie Rachelle.
