NEW RATS
Source says: “Ratt will have new Guitar players TBA soon enough and tour dates.”
LOS ANGELES, California — Metal Sludge has received some direct text messages today noting news in the Ratt camp.
Our very connected, but confidential source tells us: “Put an end to this bs. Ratt is and will have new Guit players TBA soon enough and tour dates. “
Metal Sludge will remain steady, that our source is as good as it gets when it comes to this inside news.
Metal Sludge was first to report the news that Warren DeMartini was fired from Ratt back on March 21st after receiving the information 5 days earlier.
In addition Metal Sludge reported with exclusive news, when Carlos Cavazo confirmed less than a week later that he would not go forward, or play with Ratt without DeMartini on board.
“As long as Warren (DeMartini) is not there, I don’t see myself doing it. I can’t picture anyone else being there other than Warren.” said Cavazo to Metal Sludge
Our industry source confirms Juan Croucier is still in Ratt despite some unfounded rumors that circulated last month.
In additon our source tell us ex-member Bobby Blotzer replacement Jimmy DeGrasso is also still on drums.
We have screen captured our incoming text from today, but with respect have redacted part of the message due to some it being of a sensitive nature.
Stay tuned, as we all await an official announcement from Ratt.
