RETIRED … Faster Pussycat guitarist Xristian Simon retires “Tomorrow is my last show”

Metal Sludge — In a new social media post from August 5th 2021 Faster Pussycat guitarist Xristian Simon has announced his official retirement.

Simon has been a member of the Hollywood based group since 2001.

“What a wonderful tour!!! I want to rhank everyone for the support and love! As well as my brothers in the band, what a ride it s been. So many adventures and stories, too many to tell!! Tomorrow is my last show with FP before i retire, i adore you all!! So mich love to all of you, you all made my life so special !!!!” wrote Simon.

Faster Pussycat have been on the “Straight Outta Quarantine” tour for the last month with fellow Chicago rockers Enuff Z’Nuff.

The tour plays their final date on August 5th at “The Marquee Theater” in Tempe Arizona.

Faster Pussycat features the group’s founder and lead singer Taime Downe along with Chad Stewart (drums), Danny Nordahl (bass) and Sam “Bam” Koltun on lead guitars.
