Lemmy Kilmister of Motorhead, dead at 70

Hollywood — Sad to report that Lemmy Kilmister has died. Motorhead has officially lost its fearless leader after 40 years of rock n’ roll.

It’s being reported by countless industry insiders and name musicians that Kilmister died today, just 4 days after his 70th birthday.

It was first been reported online by the website ConsequencesOfSound that the singer of the legendary band had passed earlier today.

Part of the COS article reads as follows: News of his death was first reported by radio and TV host Eddie Trunk, who was a longtime friend of Lemmy.

Several others have since confirmed the news, including Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne, who wrote on Twitter, “Lost one of my best friends, Lemmy, today. He will be sadly missed. He was a warrior and a legend. I will see you on the other side.”
