Craigslist ad lists GREAT WHITE burned band gear for sale from “The Station” nightclub fire
Craigslist– A craigslist ad is currently advertising burned musical gear that the seller has stated is the band GREAT WHITE’s equipment from “The Station” nightclub fire.
The fire took place in West Warwick Rhode Island on February 20th 2003. The tragic events took the lives of 100 people including the group guitarist Ty Longley.
At the time of the fire the band featured founding members Jack Russell and Mark Kendall. Both now lead the way in their own versions of the group. Russell fronts Jack Russell’s Great White, while Kendall plays guitar in Great White.
The ad features a photo of burned musical gear which the seller asks $ 2,500.00 for.
