Metal Sludge — Our brothers are becoming fewer, and for those of us left here, we are all facing different changes and challenges as we enter our later years!
Some of us are facing a bigger challenge than others, and when this happens, we should all to some degree give them a helping hand… no matter how big or small.
Regardless of their status, everyone needs a support system, but for those who did not make it to the next level, when facing adversity such as Cancer… it’s a monumental task for sure.
With that… we are bringing you unfortunate news, that David Roach of the mighty Junkyard has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of Cancer.
Nothing else needs to be said… but we will share the band’s statement below along with links!
Do something, anything… be heard, be seen and please be supportive of this man.

We all know and love David Roach—not just as our incredible singer, but as a true friend, an inspiration, and a fighter.
Right now, he’s facing one of the toughest battles of his life: an aggressive cancer diagnosis.
