METAL SLUDGE / August 17th 2026 – Calling all 80’s Music Fans, Sleaze Rockers and Pussy Lovers… if you are based in the United Kingdom, Spain, Italy or Germany… there is a tour headed your way in a few short weeks and you should be there.
Faster Pussycat will embark on a nearly month-long tour throughout September that will hit a half-dozen countries including; England, Ireland, Scotland, Italy, Germany and Spain.
Taime Downe the band’s founder and frontman will take his 5-piece gutter rock show to the U.K. and Europe for the first time in nearly a full decade.
Metal Sludge reached out to Mister Pussycat himself and asked him about the up coming tour run.
“We are really looking forward to getting over there. It’s been nine years since we’ve been. Can’t wait to see some old friends. Just got off the phone with Danny (Nordahl) and we were talking about all the snacks, sh!t we don’t have here. Danny wants fans to bring him monster munch.”
“We also got AVJ (Ace Von Johnson) and Chris Borell on guitars for this. And we are touring with our friends in Blacklist Union and Lorraine Lewis (of Femme Fatale)! It’s gonna be fun” added Downe.
Faster Pussycat are celebrating 40 years (1986/2026) and are also offering unique meet n’ greet packages at each show that includes; meeting the band, a photo with the guys, a souvenir laminate, signed poster and up to 3 more personal items all signed by Faster Pussycat.
Also, with your meet n’ greet – where applicable – it will include your chance to hang out and watch the band’s official sound-check.
