RIP … Former Skid Row singer Johnny Solinger has died

Metal Sludge — Rock n’ Roll has lost another soldier as Johnny Solinger has died.

Solinger was diagnosed with liver failure earlier this year and sadly he has passed away today.

Solinger, 55, was best known for his tenure fronting the band Skid Row from 1999-2015.

His wife Paula made the announcement today via her Facebook writing:

“Johnny has passed. I was holding his hand. He went in peace. Thank you all. I will take a break from everything but please know I am forever grateful for your love.”

Metal Sludge sends our best to his family and friends.
