Riot Stitch is owned and operated by Southern California resident Sherri Lu and her Riot Stitch clothing line is starting to reach a larger audience, so much so, she’s holding her first ever official Metal Catwalk at this year’s NAMM show in Anaheim California.
The Metal Catwalk will feature both female and male models which will also include Michael Starr of Steel Panther.
In addition to the awesome clothes being featured on the models, there will be guitar shredding going on simultaneously!
Lu who was born in China but made her way to California 2 decades ago and has been making and wearing her brand of stage and active wear since she was in her 20’s, but Lu officially launched her Riot Stitch brand in 2020.

The worlds of high fashion and Rock n’ Roll will unite in epic style at the upcoming 2025 NAMM convention in Anaheim, California. Riot Stitch, the couture rock stage wear brand is thrilled to announce its inaugural Metal Catwalk on January 25, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. in Hall D.
Riot Stitch’s showcase, at the NAMM 2025 convention will be an exclusive feature at the 3rd Annual Ellefson Coffee Co. Rock & Roll VIP Lounge at Booth #4234 in Hall D. The lounge is hosted by legendary bassist David Ellefson, and is an exclusive experience buzzing with rockstar appearances throughout the week, offering attendees the perfect mix of caffeinated energy and rock ‘n’ roll excitement.
Held at the heart of the NAMM convention, this high-octane runway event will feature signature designs as well as unleash never seen before looks for 2025; Fans and industry insiders alike can expect a dazzling showcase of Riot Stitch’s signature merging refreshed 80s Hollywood glam and 70’s hippy flair along with rock live concert.
