CANADA GETS HOSED
Red Dragon Cartel postpone Canadian shows due to Jake E Lee back injury
Facebook — According to a Facebook post from ROCKPILE WEST & EAST it appears that Red Dragon Cartel have been forced to postpone more shows. This times some Canadian dates in Toronto and Ottawa. (see screen capture below)
Last week the band pulled out of their NAMM appearances and the related shows.
The band released a statement stating it was from Jake E Lee’s back injury. But Metal Sludge also received word from singer Darren James Smith that he in fact did not receive the proper documents to enter the US.
Smith who himself is Canadian posted yesterday that dates in his native homeland had been postponed due to Jake’s back problems. (see screen capture below)
Lee has been bothered by an ‘alleged’ back injury in the past which has forced him to cancel or postpone shows on several occasions since his 2013 come back.
Fans of the group have been very frustrated with these repeated cancelled and postponed dates. So much so, that bloggers on social networks like facebook are starting to lose faith. They are name calling and much worse.
There is only thing that comes to mind, like the mighty Bob and Doug McKenzie once said, “Take off hoser, Eh!”
