“Maybe all of these people are lying and Danny Bazzi doesn’t owe anyone a penny. Then again, just maybe, I will wake up tomorrow with a full head of hair like I had in 1985… or… maybe not!”
— Stevie Rachelle ‘
June 19th 2026 — I have been in this entertainment industry for more than 40 years now and have lived in Los Angeles for most of it.
I love so many aspects of this crazy music world but in all honesty I have only encountered a select few, who have been as careless with their actions and as arrogant as Danny Bazzi from Silverback Touring.
A unique part of this equation is that Danny doesn’t owe me a red cent, and I considered this man a friend – or at least an acquaintance – since first connecting online in late 2022.
However, sometimes life has a funny way of throwing us curve-balls, which we all have to deal with and adjust when they are in the air headed straight at our face… duck and move or get hit.
Danny, I will admit that you had me fooled there for a bit, but now the game is up and today you lose… take your L and own it!
You also need to leave our community… read the room Danny… seriously you are no longer welcome here and you’re not coming back from this either.
Also… on the record once more, while Danny doesn’t owe me any money… I can state that the one business deal Tuff did with Bazzi was the Glam-Fest tour back on January 25th-28th 2023 and we flew home on the 29th.
There were multiple money delays with emails that went unaswered then after a 2nd or 3rd attempt I’d get; “Gimme a week bro“, and that turned into a month, then two, and so on.
We eventually recevied final payment for merchandise (several thousand dollars) on May 3rd… more than 3 months late after returning from Australia… he originally promised to have it to me within a few weeks but none-the-less that never happened and here we are.
Also, at some point there was chatter between some industry friends including bands from the Glam-Fest tour (all of us pretty much had to chase some of our money) and when I shared concerns about Bazzi being late one buddy said; “Stevie… you know that Danny is afraid of you, right? Because of Metal Sludge… he won’t screw you, because he knows what will happen if he does!”
That is a bit funny looking back… as Danny didn’t screw me at all… but he did F#@k over more of my friends than I care to count… and that too is a no-no in my world… and here I am once again having to be the bad-guy!
For this… I will gladly be the bad-guy… all day long.
Fair Warning: If you don’t like long-winded reads, then take off… because I have plenty to say and some new ugly reality to share as well.
The past is really starting to unravel especially since the big TV appearance by Bazzi and it’s absolutely gross.
My opinion here is… that Danny Bazzi is a lying thieving piece of sh!t scumbag and we’re not going to let this rest, and when I say we’re… I am not alone… nope, the team is deep and we’re not the least bit afraid of his threats.
Threats like the one seen on the left shared by a fan named Tj Guns on social media yesterday… Tj is not alone either… as I have read countless variations of this exact stuff from Bazzi, sent to others who spoke out publicly after having their own bad experience with Silverback.
It also seems that long before Bazzi entered into our rock n’ roll community, he was doing the same shady sh!t in the Hip Hop and R&B world… a woman shared a post last night on Instagram from an experience she had 14 years ago that is right in line with all of what he is known for in 2026.
But before I go back to 2012… let me continue with the current year first.
Once I truly realized the level and depravity of this man’s actions, I could no longer consider him a friend and immdediately started asking around and was beyond disappointed at what I learned.
I could not in good faith sit back and ignore all of what I was presented with, as I looked at a laundry list of friends, peers and industry associates who were all telling me point blank; “Danny owes me a lot of money.”
It was then, back earlier this year that I started to put pen to paper, or shall I say fingers to keyboards to start piecing together a story that I ulitmately published on Metal Sludge in late March.
With that, it’s now a few months later and I am elated to share the news that A Current Affair in Australia picked up my story and has aired a feature on Danny Bazzi and Silverback Touring.
A Current Affair is a huge show Down Under and this is what Google says about it: “A Current Affair is Australia’s most-watched daily current affairs program, pulling in a national Total TV audience of over 1 million viewers every single weeknight. Produced by the Nine Network, it is a massive powerhouse in Australian television, with viewership that consistently beats out its commercial and public competitors.”
>>> Watch the story from A Current Affair shared below….
Steve Marshall is an award-winning investigative journalist and reporter for Australia’s A Current Affair (ACA) on the Nine Network who stepped up to confront Bazzi for all of us, and he should be applauded.
In Marshall‘s one-on-one sit down with Bazzi at a Sydney area studio the now universally disliked promoter was presented with a partial list of debts totaling close to one-hundred thousand dollars.
That list of 8 names that Marshall asked Bazzi about on air were taken from a list of a dozen plus debts that were shared in that original Metal Sludge article.
Those 8 debts are listed below and Bazzi did not dispute any of them.
$ 23,000.00 owed to Marcelo Machado investor / former assosciate of Bazzi & Silverback
$ 13,000.00 owed to Tyketto originally from New York City
$ 20,000.00 owed to BTE Inc. Booking Agency based in Southern California
$ 15,000.00 owed to Cherie Currie of The Runaways from Hollywood
$ 2,500.00 owed to Casidy Paris Rock Singer from Melbourne Australia
$ 7,000.00 owed to Dellacoma Rio Rock Musician from Australia
$ 12,000.00 owed to Bulls On Parade (Rage Against The Machine Tribute) from Belgium
$ 5,000.00 owed to Pearl Jam Experience from Australia (Tribute)
$ 97,500.00 – Total
When Bazzi was confronted with the above list he replied with; “There’s context to each of those.”
The context is… none of these people have been paid and most of these debts are several years past due with Currie clocking in as the most recent to be owed from a tour she finished last year on September 13th 2025.
For those keeping score at home, that was over 9 months ago, while Tyketto‘s Danny Vaughn is the 2nd youngest debt and he finished his tour in mid February of 2025… he like Currie has also been left wondering where his money is 16 months after the fact.
The others in the list above, are all in the 2-3 year range or longer… and while Bazzi has seemingly continued to promise he’ll pay them which is exactly what he says in the A Current Affair story above… well, we all want to know what is the hold up Danny?
If you miss a car payment you get a notice, miss 3 or 4, and the repo man is driving past your house looking to tow your car off your driveway.
What happens when you don’t pay your phone bill for a few months… simple, the telephone company shuts it off. The same happens with your water bill, the electricity in your house along with your wifi, a gym membership and your monthly credit card payments too.
What planet is Danny Bazzi living on that he thinks he can owe someone $ 23,000.00 for years, then when they start giving him the business about it asking for their money, he feels it’s justified to threaten legal action and a defamation lawsuit.
Bazzi is famous for saying he isn’t running from any of these long over-due monies and that he intends to pay them… but in reality… he never does and simply put… he keeps kicking the can down the road.
Bazzi tells Marshall in the clip as he nerviously twiddles his thumbs (like a 5 year old); “I intend to pay them, as soon as I can. Umm… (pausing)… with whatever scenario we’re able to come up with.”
I have spoken with, emailed, and exchanged with every person, band or company listed above, and the rest from the original article, and a few dozen more who are all waiting to be paid by Danny Bazzi for services rendered many months to many years ago!
And every single person tells the same story… that Danny is quick to come up with a new payment plan starting with >insert month/day here< but, he never follows through… ever.
Or, when he ghosts someone for a year or two… and they then send another reminder out of the blue he replies with a lot of; “The dog ate my homework” type excuses.
These excuses often include his mental health, which he uses to play on people’s feelings while fishing for sympathy… meanwhile he’s jet-setting to Asia, staying in nice hotels and living it up like a College kid at Club Climax in Bangkok.
“Completely broken promises all the time… (he’s) a piece of sh!t“, is what Simone from On The Road Travel Group says on the ACA episode.
Simone is owed $ 8,800.00 for domestic flights, accomodations and ground travel she arranged for the Tyketto tour in February 2025… the debt is now well over 16 months past due.
Then with one last effort to send a verbal threat to those wanting to collect Bazzi tells Marshall and the ACA viewers; “Your conduct… may lead to, legal action which will far out-weigh what you are owed.”
This original story about Bazzi and his questionable history first became public knowledge when I published my article on March 26th 2026; “AUSTRALIA ….. Dear Danny Bazzi of Silverback Touring: ‘I Am So Very Disappointed In You, As Are Several Others and Here is Why!‘”
When that story ran there were a dozen people who were willing to go on record and speak out about their situation with Bazzi and his company Silverback, even though my list of those chasing their money was more than double that at 25.
Those alleging to be owed was long and it covered all aspects of the entertainment industry including; local acts, touring bands, tribute groups and companies of all ilk chasing Bazzi for dollar amounts ranging from $500.00 up to $45,000.00!
That was not a typo… forty five thousand dollars!
That crazy amount is owed to a Metallica tribute from down under who refuse to be named, and I will give them their space… let’s just say they have taken a lot of DAMAGE and I made sure to send them a message telling them they were cowards for staying quiet.
Lars would be ashamed of you, your not real men which makes sense since the leader of the group has a C an N and a T in his name!
I also noted that Cassidy Paris and Cherie Currie have more balls than the 4 members of their heavy metal knock-off group combined.
Moving on…

There are also investors clocking in losses at $25,000.00 and $30,000.00, and I along the way have learned Bazzi had been asking others, including someone whom I know personally for quite a substantial loan.
As crazy as these initial numbers and list were back in March, they have grown significantly since I first ran my story and as insane as that sounds, I have received more in the last 24 hours since the story aired on A Current Affair this week.
After I blew the whistle on Bazzi on Metal Sludge it seemed an electronic flood gate opened… as my email and inboxes filled with story after story that all seemingly played out and ended in a similar way, and now today it appears to be more of the same with ACA‘s even larger impact.
The number of complaints has continued to rise as others have felt more confident to come forward now… dare I say it’s reminicent of the #metoo movement.
Once one spoke out, and a second joined, then the third, it is proven there is safety in numbers and the numbers don’t lie… or… are all of these people just ironically telling the same exact story for no reason at all?
I mean, many if not most of these people don’t even know each other… a band from Belgium, an Agent from Los Angeles, a Teenager from Melbourne, a 50-something Brazilian National working as a Tour Manager, a Travel Agent who books flights, an 80’s rock singer from New York who now lives in Spain, and a 66 year old woman from Los Angeles who helped start Punk Rock in 1976.
The common thread here… is they are all owed huge sums of money from Danny Bazzi and Silverback Touring.
All of those speaking out are angry for being ripped off, not paid, mislead and bull-shitted by Bazzi with every excuse under the sun.
Allegedly of course…
This man’s deplorable actions have reached far and wide, and it’s hit so many… there are not only the bands themselves but there are also reputable agencies, managers, production companies, graphic artists, rehearsal studios, travel agents, sound engineers, road crew and several former associates / employees who worked closely with Bazzi and Silverback.
And as crazy as all this is… even before my inbox was filling up after the Metal Sludge article hit in the spring there were rumblings behind the scenes.
Jizzy Pearl of Love/Hate pulled the plug on their Australian tour in November 2025 a few short months before the dates were scheduled to play in January 2026… and regardless of what nicely worded press release or statement was issued at the time, let’s just call it ironic that those dates didn’t happen with everything that surrounded Silverback before and after.
Pearl wrote to fans back in November when he cancelled with: “SORRY GUYS—But circumstances beyond my control have forced me to cancel my 2026 Love/Hate Australian tour.”
Now Pearl adds context to his initial announcement sharing the following on his Facebook yesterday on June 18th: “So many people have grumbled to me on the Internet “WHY DID YOU CANCEL YOUR AUSTRALIAN TOUR MATE?” Do you see now? No I was not ripped off …I guess I just had a sixth sense about things.”
Not forgetting the Trixter, Stevie Rachelle of Tuff and Lorraine Lewis of Femme Fatale tour that was supposed to happen in late March, which also was cancelled by (us) the bands after Bazzi suggested to postpone the run with less than 48 hours before we were all supposed to board a plane to Sydney.
The Trixter press release included:“Silverback Touring has been unable to fulfill the obligations necessary to fulfill the terms of the tour.”
Let’s just say, none of us were keen on flying 1-way to Australia with NO RETURN TICKET booked!
Nor did we have any confirmations for our VISAs, our hotels and accomodations, or the inter-continental flights that were supposed to be booked to take us between each of the cities on the schedule… anything Bazzi says otherwise can be filed with the other bull-shit he’s delivered in the way of excuses.
Then in early May the Swedish band ECLIPSE cancelled their tour of Australia last minute stating: “Despite staying positive and hopeful throughout, we’ve reached a point where agreed terms and conditions have not been met, and unfortunately, this leaves us with no choice but to cancel.”
And how about the AC/DC tribute act GayC/DC, who were first scheduled to tour for Bazzi in February of this year, but it was postponed to August with the band stating: “We’re disappointed to let you know that, due to unforeseen circumstances, the GAYC/DC Australian tour has been postponed.”
Unforseen circumstances is a common phrase used with this promoter and his tours, I can’t be the only one to see this pattern, am I?
Not forgetting the Ace Frehley tribute that is actually still on the books for Bazzi and his related company Tribute Touring, featuring several members of the late guitarist’s solo group.
Oh yea, speaking of Tribute Touring… Bazzi has been fading out the Silverback name and the related socials, because of all the heat he’s taking… it seems he’s now focusing on using the Tribute Touring brand instead.
Once again, no disrespect to my friends in this Ace group but who in their right mind would buy tickets in advance for any tour related to a man who is being investigated for not paying dozens of other groups and is currently being featured on a prime time television program like A Current Affair?
If you know any of the members of these bands, I implore you all to reach out and give them a head’s up… I already have, multiple times… but I guess they think I am full of sh!t.
BAZZI AND HIS DELTA BRAVO TOURING (Hip Hop / R&B) HISTORY
This is insane, but totally par for the course…
I was tagged in a post last night by a woman who shared a really ugly story alleging losing $ 30,000.00 to Danny Bazzi back around 2012.
The following screen captures below can be found on Instagram, and pretty much all of what she wrote is almost a script of what has happened to our rock n’ roll friends over the last near decade.
This post really bothered me, and I don’t know why… as I’ve read or seen dozens of similar posts by all of my related rock friends over the last 6 months.
But I guess what makes it odd, is that I predicted this to several people…
I told several friends that Bazzi has only been in or around the rock community for the last 6-8 or 10 years, and if he’s roughly 50 years old now… where was he in his 20’s, or 30’s?
What did he do before Silverback Touring launched in 2018?
<<<<< Bazzi pictured in red at left with Simone in 2012
The woman’s name appears to be Simone Jordan, and she writes in detail what happened with her… it’s so sad and heart-breaking to read this… but because of the A Current Affair story, she found us.
The last name Jordan is very ironic, as Bazzi‘s alter-ego when he is acting as a Dj, is Adam Jordan.
She found our community, and none of us know her from a whole in the ground, but we all have something in common now, and this crazy connection will hopefully help us help others, as to not be taken advantage of or ripped off.
This is also why I am urging anyone and everyone to come forward, speak out, there are victims everywhere, and I know there are more… help us, help find them, and put an end to this behavior from a sick man!
We’re starting to find out that there is an ugly past, and I have a sickening feeling we’re going to start receiving more of this.
While we’re in the Hip Hop part of Bazzi‘s career… I also receieved the following inbox message yesterday morning.
It seems these people who reached out had just became aware of Bazzi‘s situation in rock, after seeing the ACA episode… which I cannot be more grateful for… all of the crew and staff at ACA in Sydney and in Los Angeles have been great.
Alvin Prasad wrote me through Facebook saying: “Hi mate. Aussie audio engineer – did a tour for Danny for Coolio also didn’t get paid.”
I wrote the guy back, and we started some dialogue.
Alvin replies: “Hi Stevie, thanks for getting back to me. Yes he is a piece of shit. Tour was in 2022 made up of Coolio, All4One, Zhane and Next performing with a guy from 112 hosting. It was under the Delta Bravo banner. It was the last tour he did before moving on to Silverback touring. He owes me about $7500 aud. I organised a hire or gear from contact between him and them but he never ended up paying them so I covered it so that they didn’t have to deal with it. I chased him for a while and he kept telling me that DB was in administration and that the auditors would get in contact with me. Eventually gave up as I knew he was never going to pay and he disappeared to Thailand. Apparently he was practicing lawyer here in Sydney thus his legal threats etc you may have saw on ACA today. Was a shame cos it was my first tour mixing and I believe it was the last one Coolio ever did before he died but this whole thing made it a shit memory.”
While I can’t be sure, I have a feeling there are many more like Alvin and Simone from the Hip Hop and R&B world… it’s only a matter of time before we see more of this.
There is also support coming from other notable names and outlets as Joel King founder and owner of BLUNT MAG down in Australia has come to the table.
King wrote a detailed story; “Silverback Touring Faces National Scrutiny After A Current Affair Airs Artist Payment Allegations“ that reaches a massive audience with a website similar to what Brave Words, Metal Sludge, Blabbermouth or Metal Sucks provide for readers in North America.
King writes: “The A Current Affair report now gives the story a much broader audience beyond rock forums, fan groups and niche music media. For Australian heavy music fans, the concern is not only whether individual debts are resolved, but what this means for trust in the touring ecosystem.
Independent touring in Australia is already fragile. International flights are expensive, venues are under pressure, ticket sales are unpredictable and smaller rock and metal tours often operate on thin margins. But when artists, contractors and fans are left uncertain about payments, cancellations or refunds, the impact goes beyond one promoter.
It affects whether international acts feel safe routing Australia into future tours. It affects whether local support acts and crew are willing to take the risk. And it affects whether fans feel confident buying tickets early, which is often what keeps niche tours alive in the first place.”
There are many reasons like King noted above, that this Bazzi and Silverback story needs to be delved into much deeper, and the filth within needs to be eradicated like a useless rodent.
The damage that has already been done is ugly at best and everyone needs to take note.
Similar ponzi-scheme type promoters have been called out, investigated and eventually charged with crimes as well… most notably Gabe Reed who in April of 2018 pleaded guilty and sentenced to 57 months in federal prison.
According to the plea agreement obtained by Pollstar, from 2008 to 2017, Reed defrauded investors out of money that was to be used on concerts by artists that ultimately weren’t booked and shows that didn’t happen or were designed to later be canceled.
Instead, Reed “used the victims’ funds to pay his personal expenses, including payment of his rent, utility bills, and travel expenses, which he failed to disclose to the victims,” the plea agreement states.”
More on Gabe Reed and his history can be found here which includes a crazy twist or two, as Reed was one of those featured in ‘The Decline of Western Civilization – Part II – The Metal Years’ documentary.
It’s a small world folks… even if you’re trying to hide in Australia or Asia.
There is also the history of Farm Rock and Freddy Stahmer who was being called out for years by select individuals who knew what was going on, yet he continued his evil ways until being indicted by the FBI.
Stahmer plead guilty in 2023 after his company Frederick Entertainment promoted concerts mainly featuring 80’s hard rock, heavy metal and hairbands going back to 2011, but the bulk of the shows were held between 2013 and 2016.
Metal Sludge did several features including our 2016 piece: “FRAUD ROCK … Popular Farm Rock promoter Freddy Stahmer being sued and chased by FBI.”
In short, several individuals started shouting from the roof-tops that Stahmer had “ripped them off” and it soon came to light that it was for large sums of money.
Many continued to give him a pass, as long as he put on a cool concert in their area and they could meet the bands and schmooz back-stage, but luck ran out after a few screamed loud enough that real authorities started investigating.
Read more about Freddy Stahmer and Farm Rock here.
While Bazzi and his story are not identical or related to Reed or Stahmer, there are some glowing simlarities that include the early lone-wolf fan or band done wrong who decided to speak out.
Of course with being first, there are lots of questions from the peanut galleries on social media as to why someone is saying the things they say… but as more people speak out, the ironic details and shared storylines are striking.
There have been multiple accusations from fans who have stated that Bazzi has postponed shows, sometimes more than once, and often shows or entire tours are cancelled… but when the ticket buyers try to collect their refunds, they are faced with endless red-tape, delays and before they know it, 6 months or a year have lapsed.
At that point going to your bank or contacting your credit card… the fans are then met with; “Why are you first coming to us a year later?” and they’re shIt out of luck… but Bazzi is famous for asking for a few more weeks, and implying that refunds will be automatic in 30 days or similar jibber-jabber, meanwhile nothing happens.
And dare I note, these are not a few isolated cases… nope, there are literally multiple dozens, and it’s a safe bet there have been hundreds of these complaints shared online for years, in the next section… you will see and read first hand!
THE FANS SPEAK OUT AND DESERVE TO BE HEARD / ALONG WITH THEIR REFUNDS!
While I am living in Los Angeles and have only been privy to most of these crazy stories, allegations and endless nightmare experinces shared by fans online… I feel it’s best to let the local Aussie fans give us their 2-cents as well.
One online post I read yeaterday really struck me, and it’s mind-boggling to hear that this has been happening for almost a decade… since 2017 according to one fan’s blog, so I decided to share it in full.
I have also spent hours reading hundreds of comments, inbox messages, emails and more and screen captured a bunch… I am sharing some of that below and in no particular order but first… I want to share Andrew Slaidins message he posted on his Facebook.
Facebook post by Andrew Slaidins – June 18th 2026
Last night A Current Affair very gently stood on the very tip of an iceberg that has affected so many people. Musicians, venues, travel agents, industry professionals, service providers, fans and friends.
I first started to hear stories around 2017 of the way Silverback Touring was treating or more to the point mistreating local artists. Refusing to pay them their due and agreed fees. A lot of these tales were told first hand and in confidence. Since then the frequency has been turned up to 10.
Now don’t get me wrong I love the genre that Silverback were bringing to this country and have done everything I can to support the artists local and international regardless of my knowledge of what was going on behind the scenes.
From his own web site confessional when this all came to a massive head to now Danny Bazzi has done nothing to honour or right the wrongs he has done by so many. No refunds, no payments or payment plans, no public apologies.
Unfortunately A Current Affair I don’t believe dug deep enough or asked the right questions when Mr. Silverback/Delta Bravo/Tribute Touring took time to be interviewed in what appeared to be their own studios.
It certainly exposed to the world the kind of operator this guy is. It was. The perfect forum for him to explain himself and make good on everything wrong but he didn’t.
Knowing that there have be threatening messages sent to people that have questioned him or attempted to get accountability is appalling behaviour. It show this guys true character.
Again I urge you to follow on Stevie Rachelle’s words. If you have been taken advantage of or are due a refund, not paid or even threatened please forward your stories along with proof so that these appalling behaviours and practices are not forgotten. If you don’t want to speak publicly, I get it, but to make a difference we need to stand up to industry bullies like this. We now have a voice and an opportunity to stop it.
To my friends that lost in accommodation and flights for the shows that were cancelled last minute and left you out of pocket for more than a ticket price, they need to hear your stories too.
As always – Love, Peace & Justice in Rock N Roll –
Slaids
Let’s give it up for all the music fans who support these shows and buy our music.
It seems that countless fans are owed a refund from a cancelled show, tour, meet & greet or something Silverback or Bazzi related… and it appears there more of these stories than I can count.
I went and simply screen captured dozens of fans comments (complaints) and have shared them right here for all to see.

MY FINAL THOUGHTS!
I hope our rock n’ roll friends, and fans are not blindly walking forward and will to continue to throw money away while holding onto the thought that perhaps “this next tour will be just fine“, only to see it implode in the eleventh hour like several others did over recent years with this same company and promoter.
Or, maybe all of these people are embellishing their story and Danny Bazzi isn’t that bad afterall.
Then again, just maybe I will wake up tomorrow with a full head of hair like I had in 1985… or… maybe not!
Bazzi himself has done what a lot of guilt ridden low-lifes do when their brand or company has suffered a blow as severe as the one Metal Sludge and now A Current Affair have dealt to his Silverback Touring entity… he’s already started changing names.
That’s right… Danny Bazzi is now using this domain and brand of Tribute Touring while slowly deleting or fading away from his Silverback Touring brand as it’s been a bit tainted in the public eye.
Lastly, before I go… I would like to personally thank anyone and everyone for reading my website…
I have spent nearly 3 decades writing stories, conducting interviews, promoting bands, and calling those out who deserve to be called out… and no, I am not perfect either.
I have made my fair share of stupid decisons over the years, and I have accepted my losses and embarassment over time as well.
And while there has been plenty of love and “Atta Boy” comments over the years, there have also been plenty of naysayers, detractors and haters who don’t like what I do.
At the end of the day, I don’t care if you like me or not, whether you listen to my band, or make fun of my hairloss, I am all good… and for what it’s worth, I have given so much to this industry and it’s always nice to be appreciated for it, although I might go about things a bit differently than the next guy.
If you ever bought a shirt, or a product from my label and band, or donated a few bucks to help me keep the lights on… please know I appreciate it… all of it… the same way I appreciate the fans standing in front of the stage singing along with a smile on your face.
One day we’ll all be gone, along with this goofy website and all of our social media rants the same.
Life is getting shorter for us, all of us, every single day… so make it count while you can.
Thank you for reading,
Stevie Rachelle
