Maria Bach in the running for The Real Housewives of New Jersey reality show

New Jersey —  The Real Housewives of New Jersey is looking to shake things up next season and the show is seriously considering adding a lesbian couple to the cast, RumorFix is reporting exclusively.

Sources close to the production say Bravo is interested in real estate tycoon Tobi Petrocelli and her partner Rose De Jesus, who is an executive assistant at Petrocelli’s family real estate firm.

Tobi met Rose when she was visiting New York. After dating long distance from New York to New Jersey for a while, the two girls moved in together. And, if any of them is to be considered the Housewife, it’s Rose, she collects fine flatware and artwork.

The ladies are slated to get married this year, which we all know makes for good TV.

We’re also told that Traci Lynn Barber, wife of NFL great Tiki Barber, is a shoe in for the gig.

Maria Bach, Sebastian Bach’s ex-wife, has also been considered by the network. We aren’t sure of her status at this point.

But according to insiders RHONJ is looking to keep Jacqueline Laurita and the twins Nicole Napolitano and Teresa Aprea. Everyone else’s fate is unknown.

The network is under the gun because they were scheduled to start shooting episodes in April.

Bravo won’t comment on casting news.
