Metal Sludge — Wow… talk about a transformation!

Vince Neil is back, and he’s looking and sounding better than he has in years.

The voice of Motley Crue hit the stage for a private event in Austin Texas last night and it’s pretty obvious the singer has done an about-face from his last live show back in the spring.

That’s no exaggeration folks, check out the back-stage photo (above) and live video below.

The above photo of Vince Neil is from 2018 at “Rocktember” Hinckley Minn.

Neil caught a lot of flack back in May for his lackluster performance when his voice gave him problems after the long pandemic lay-off.

A source close to the singer revealed to Metal Sludge that Neil had stated the pandemic forced him to go the longest he’s ever went without singing live since joining Motley Crue in 1981.

Unfortunately the same has applied to most musicians, comedians and live performers as the Covd-19 virus has shut down most of their job opportunities globally.

Regardless of his last show being cut short, it’s clear Neil has taken inventory on himself in more than one way.

The photos and videos of him over recent years showed the singer had put on significant weight that found him a target for memes on social media.

But fear not, Vince Neil is back and the proof is in the video below from his performance of “Looks That Kill” last night (August 5th 2021) in Austin Texas.

Neil is slated to perform at the INDYCAR race today (August 6th 2021) in Nashville and also has shows booked in the coming weeks appearing in South Dakota, North Dakota, Indiana and Missouri.

Motley Crue are scheduled to hit the road with The Stadium Tour in the summer of 2022 with co-headliners Def Leppard and support from Poison.
