YOUTUBEWednesday 13 has just dropped a brand new single from his latest record and it features Sunset Strip legend Taime Downe of Faster Pussycat.

The new single is titled “No Apologies” and Downe is on the audio track sharing (some lead) vocals with 13.

The dirty duo also appear in the video together which clocks in at 3 minutes and 46 seconds of filthy guitars, filthy bass and filthy drums, all blended with a double dose of filthy vocals.

The latest opus from 13 is titled ‘Mid Death Crisis‘, his 10th solo album and his 2nd on Napalm Records.

Metal Sludge asked the Murderdolls frontman about involving Downe on his latest record: “I wanted to go back to my roots, and my roots are 80s glam. The name at the top of that list was Faster Pussycat, so it made total sense to have Taime Downe guest on this track. Having one of my rock n’ roll idols alongside me in the studio was an honor. We whipped up a nasty little middle finger salute to ourselves on this one, and the result is ‘No Apologies’.”

We also reached out to Downe about the collaboration and he shared the following: “Working with Wednesday 13 was awesome… it was just killer. We’ve been friends for a long time… so when he mentioned me doing a vocal on one of his new songs, I was totally down with it. Then he sent me the track and I was like, ‘F#@k, this song is so cool’, I was very honored to be on it. So we went down to the studio, Alex Kane (Life, Sex & Death) was producing it, and Sam Bam (Koltun) and Danny (Nordahl) did some backgrounds on that track too, it was a lot of fun. They’re all such good people.”

13 is currently in the middle of a U.S. tour with a United Kingdom / European run set for the summer.

Downe and his band Faster Pussycat are also scheduled to hit the road later this spring into the summer across the U.S..

We have shared the new album details, tour dates, socials and the latest video all seen below.
