Metal Sludge — The Kiss Kruise is underway and the Kiss Army has showed up in mass to attend the annual event.
But according to multiple inside sources, one of the band’s biggest fans – who is also one of the entertainers for the weekend – was turned away when he tried to clear customs to board the ship.
That person is Sebastian Bach according to the word on the street.
The rumors floating around as to why Bach didn’t make it onto the ship range from him having a positive Covid test, to an expired Passport to what was deemed as a personal family matter.
It was also rumored that his situation was being resolved and that the singer was to be air-lifted to Belize to join the ship.
Bach has been promoting his appearance on the Kiss Kruise for months, and it’s listed on his shared tour date schedule on all of his social media platforms.
Craig Gass who is also a guest entertainer on the ship has commented Bach is not on the ship, this according to a Facebook thread the comedian chimed in on regarding people ‘Who missed the boat?”
Either way you slice it, it seems the Kiss Kruise was Bach-less at least from the start.
Kiss are currently under fire in a new extensive article on Rolling Stone about the band’s recent tour run, what precautions were taken, and what some of the crew referred to as lax conditions regarding Covid.
There is also some controversy surrounding the recent death of the band’s longtime crew member and Paul Stanley’s guitar tech Fran Stueber.
In addition, Kiss had been promoting a Las Vegas residency with 12 dates which seems to have hit a snag as well.
The Kiss shows listed for late December 2021, into early January, and a secondary set of dates in late January and early February 2022, have all been cancelled in the last 24 hours.
We’ll keep you posted as more becomes clear about Bach missing the boat.
