As if he hasn’t had enough trouble lately, C.C. DeVille’s been at it again! Here’s the initial report we got the other day:
C.C. Deville was arrested for hit and run in Sherman Oaks, CA Wednesday night. Mr. Deville’ s girlfriend, Ashlyn Dixon, suffered numerous injuries including a broken cheek bone, internal facial bleeding, cracked ribs and multiple cuts and bruises. Mr. Deville was not injured. He hit four cars and fled the scene. More on this, as it progresses.

According to The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department http://app1.lasd.org/iic/details.cfm?bkgval=%27%25J%2B%27%25%20%5F%2E%3E0%20%20%0A, POISON guitarist (real name: Bruce Johannesson) was arrested Wednesday night (August 24) at 11:30 p.m. and booked into Valley Jail in Van Nuys, CA for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs with injury. DeVille’s bail was set at $100,000 and he was released Thursday morning (Aug. 25) at 4:24 a.m. His next court date is scheduled for Monday, September 15 at 8:30 a.m.
As previously reported, DeVille was arrested Sunday night (August 21) at 10:30 p.m. and booked into Valley Jail for allegedly beating up his longtime girlfriend Shannon Malone. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s web site is indicating that DeVille’s bail was set at $50,000 and he was released Monday morning (Aug. 22) at 7:42 a.m. His next court date related to the incident is scheduled for Monday, September 12 at 8:30 a.m.
