Frankie Banali has been a fan and friend of Metal Sludge almost as long as he’s been the drummer for Quiet Riot. And Jen Hilton, our February 2004 Sludgette of the Month, just so happens to be the model on the cover of Quiet Riot’s new “Live & Rare Vol. I” CD. They’ve never met in person, but that didn’t stop them from combining forces to answer all the questions sent in by Sludgeaholics who need help. Seriously, some of you guys truly are fucked in the head.
He started his climb to the top as Quiet Riot’s lead singer way back in the 70s, reached superstardom in the early 80s, got kicked out of Quiet Riot in the late 80s, rejoined Quiet Riot in the early 90s, toured all over the place in the late 90s, then in early 2004, Quiet Riot broke up. Now Quiet Riot has reformed! What’s that have to do with anything? Not a lot, but Kevin DuBrow has never been at a loss for words and is always happy to share his opinion. Now here he is to help out the Sludgeaholics in sore need of advice.
They first met on our MSX Tour last year when Monaco came out of nowhere and tackled C.C. Banana in front of hundreds of thousands of people at Giants Stadium. They nearly got into a fistfight, but have long since kissed and made up. Now they’ve joined forces to help out the Sludgeaholics in dire need of some serious therapy, but who have, for some reason, decided to “Ask The Stars” for advice instead.
After nearly a 2 year hiatus, Metal Sludge’s Ask The Stars is resurrected from the dead! Former Adult Film goddess / frequent Howard Stern guest Jasmin St. Claire and 3PWrestling kingpin & all-around badass The Blue Meanie join forces to help you sort out your problems and woes. Meanie and Jas are also co-hosting our Metal Sludge Extravaganza #9 later this month, so the number 9 must be their magic number.
