We reported this last week right HERE.

From the Associated Press:

The band manager whose pyrotechnics ignited a nightclub fire that killed 100 people will be released in March after having served less than half his 4-year sentence.

State Parole Board Chairwoman Lisa Holley says the board unanimously decided to grant Daniel Biechele parole.

Biechele pleaded guilty last year to 100 counts of manslaughter for the 2003 fire in West Warwick. He was working for the rock band Great White when he ignited the blaze.

Of the 100 who died as a result of the blaze, more than 30 were from Massachusetts.

Holley says the board considered things such as remorse, risk of reoffending and plans for life after prison.

Holley says Biechele — who is from Florida — has requested to live out of state, but won’t say where.
