Steve Adler was ordered by a Los Angeles judge to remain in drug rehabilitation at the Pasadena Recovery Center in California for at least the next month.

The ex-Guns N’ Roses drummer–who pleaded not guilty Wednesday morning (8/20) to drug charges in Los Angeles Superior Court–was arrested last month and charged with a felony count of heroin possession and a misdemeanor count of being under the influence of an opiate, according to published reports. He was released after posting $10,000 bail.

Adler–who reportedly stars in the second season of VH1’s "Celebrity Rehab," which just wrapped shooting at the Pasadena center–was scheduled to star in a spin-off called "Sober Living," but the judge instructed the drummer to continue with his rehab as he awaits a September hearing.
